Returns & refund
Within 14 days after the receipt of purchased goods, any customer has the right to cancel the contract of purchase and send back the goods, without having to specify any reasons.
A withdrawal is basically not possible after a period of 14 days after the receipt of the goods.
A distinct statement of withdrawal is necessary before sending back the goods. Please communicate your personal details, your order number, the products you want to send back (and optionally the reason why) via e-mail (email@example.com) or mail (7, rue Auguste Charles, 1326 Luxembourg).
In order for us to accept the returned goods and thus your withdrawal, the goods have to remain in the original packing and in mint condition. (e.g. textiles with tag and unwashed)

Considering §2 and §4 of this right of withdrawal, Naturwelten will refund the prices indicated on the original receipt as well as the initial shipping costs. The refund will take place within 30 days after the reshipment has been received and controller by our staff.
Unless agreed otherwise, the shipping costs for the reshipment have to be paid by the customer. As the case may be, Naturwelten will contact the customer in order to carry the reshipment costs, for example if the shipped products are faulty.
Only the customer is responsible for the reshipment. If any product is faulty according to §4 of our right of withdrawal, the customer may be held liable for the products' loss in value.
