Wash and rinse the textiles (remove finish) before painting. Place a sturdy piece of cardboard under the piece of fabric or between the bottom and top. Soft, ribbed textiles (e.g. T-shirts) need some stretching. Always work with the structure when painting! Paint the motif with strong strokes. The color must be applied thickly so that the wax can completely nestle around the fiber. Rather unsuitable for fine contours, these are better drawn with a contour pen (e.g. with the textile/brush painters). Once the motif is finished, place absorbent paper under the textile and iron the motif from the back (without steam) until no more paint sticks to the paper. Then iron the front without paper. After 2 days at the earliest, wash the painted textile with a mild detergent - without optical brighteners - at 40°C. Diameter approx. 10 mm, length approx. 55 mm. These iron-on fabric crayons are specially developed for natural textiles. - They are not suitable for synthetics and wool.
